Silverdell Asbestos Removal - has a commitment to Health and Safety and the company is substantial as one of the leading, licensed asbestos removal contractors. Silverdell were the first organisation in the asbestos industry to recognise the importance of internal auditing, procedures which have now become industry standard. We were also one of the first asbestos removal contractors to achieve CHAS accreditation.

Our detailed method statements are designed to ensure each project is delivered safely, an integral part of our ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. Partner contractors and each client are fully consulted. A rigorous auditing system is used to monitor performance including both internal, and external sources to include the HSE, CHAS and ARCA’s nationally recognised Site Audit scheme.

Silverdell have a current 3 year HSE licence which is unrestricted for all asbestos removal.

In December 2004 we were nominated as a finalist in ISG InteriorExterior’s National Awards for commitment to Health and Safety.

Silverdell have been awarded membership of Rospa and the British Safety Council in recognition of ongoing comitment to health and safety.
